This place absolutely rocks! The food blew me away, airport restaurants like this are typical hit or miss… this is a hit! The fries are delicious and the ranch is amazing… I got the Valhalla chicken sandwich and it was spectacular! I would highly recommend this restaurant based on the food alone. Now the staff and atmosphere make it even better! It is a nice location with a great view of the GA airport!

One of the best, if not THE best general aviation airport restaurants left in America. The secret? The food is actually very good, it has a nice bar, a great view over the runway, and a friendly staff. It’s so good that at least half the customers are just locals who just come for the food. If the NIMBY crowd ever tried to close Whitted airport, the locals would veto it because of the restaurant. Go there, and sit outside on cool days. Pilots: It’s worth the stop!

The place is pretty basic and is above like a private airport. The menu is mostly sandwiches. My shrimp po boy special was good but needed more sauce. Drink menu was pretty much beer and bad wine. No happy hour food either. It can be noisy outside with the plane taking off.

A friend recommended this jazz night on Monday nights. I love how they had jam sessions , if you bring your instrument you can play with the band. It was so amazing how the strangers who hadn’t played with each other were making amazing music together.
Also, this band helps raise money for scholarship for the younger generation to go to music school and also to help the musicians that were affected by the hurricanes
Food was very good. We had the tacos with the catch of the day, great flavor. We also choose the mushroom raviolis in a cream sauce and it was Seasoned perfectly

What a wonderful location for lunch!
We decided to stop over at Hangar because it’s sounded like a unique place to have a meal whilst watching planes take off.
As we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly young man who seated us near the window as requested. We were happy with our waitress - she provided us great service with a smile.
The food was OK nothing stood out. I guess the highlight for us was the location and view. After lunch, we took a stroll across the road to check out the Dali museum.
Overall a satisfied customer and would recommend this place to our friends.
