This is a company that is probably altering or having reviews deleted/falsified. Please go with any other company unless you’re looking to donate large amounts of money with no expectations. Understanding that sometimes an initial fix may lead to other findings, it was not only that excuse but many others that led us to go to another company. It was initially the fan motor ($500). After a new fan motor, a leak; diagnosis and maybe plug with a kit ($1025). Then it was the coil ($3600). We called a halt. Went to 2 other companies who said NOT a coil but a compressor.
Before posting a negative review, we called Jose and then spoke to his supervisor and asked if they were willing to refund any portion of $1500 (even return the universal fan motor that we didn’t need). He stated it was now used so there was nothing he could do.
If they had even tried to help us in any way, we would not have posted a negative review.
Attached is a picture of the fan motor they installed with zip ties since it was universal and not designed for this unit. Not that it fixed our problem anyway. We sent video with the same sound it was making before they changed it out.
We recommend Lloyd’s A/C. Old fashioned business with integrity.

My system finally went out after 12 years had multiple estimates for new duct work and system. Jose from tank ac came out was very thorough and knowledgeable and found things no other contractor found. I’m so glad I went with them I have had my new ductwork and system for 6months now and still working as good as day one. Thank you so much Jose for your servise.

Keep your eye on this company !!! Jose "replaced" capacitor and added a relay on broken AC, less than 30 days later AC stopped working, called Tank for service since they were just here and another tech from Tank AC came out, tech did no testing on anything and said it needs a new fan for roughly $1000. charged $100 to come out and he did nothing. called another business to come out for another opinion and they replaced the capacitor and took relay out. the capacitor was bad and relay was only installed to make the bad capacitor work, was told a relay would not have been needed if a new capacitor was actually installed, the relay was to help a bad capacitor run. paid over $900 to have both parts replaced and put on by Jose who says that was what was needed , so he was rigging and not "replacing" and charged as if both parts were needed. the other company wrote a report so we can try and get $ back for something that wasn't done. called Tank AC waited 3 days for a return call from Jose who says he will not refund any money that we probably had an unlicensed company come out. will be letting BBB handle this situation! horrible customer service!

So I have spent probably close to $3000 on the ac unit we had making crazy repairs. The person I had working on it did not return my phone calls in a timely manner. My momma has health issues and needs the ac (and so do I). I wanted to make sure we got this taken care of before Summer got here!
I called several places and Tank Air came out and explained that it would be at least $2200 to fix it and there was no way of promising it wouldn’t break down again. So at this point we decided to pull the trigger and go with the mini split! Omg I am in love with their service. On time, and runs so well. Can’t wait to see how it will do this summer. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I was sitting a parking lot with my windows down. This woman approached me, asked me to give her husband and hers company a 5 star review. She stood there telling me that she wasn't trying to sell me anything. She was trying to touch my phone to "help" me find their website. The woman was telling me that once I find the reviews, to just put 5 stars and thats it. She then called her husband over to "help" as well. He then reached for my phone, I kindly told him it's okay, I'll find the reviews.
I just don't think it's right to ask people to leave star reviews if they never recieved services from your company. Some of the reviews I read, were not good ones.
