Super Heat and Air has been wonderful throughout our process in getting a new AC system. We had to reschedule several times as our house wasn't ready (after Helene flood). They were Super pleasant each time. The work done was superb as well! Technicians were polite and communicated with us the whole time. Thank you very much for the new AC and all of the patience and hard work it took to install.

Jameson Hayes was our point of contact when we looked for multiple estimates to have our A/C replaced. It was not repairable. Jameson was the BEST. He was on time, genuine and the experience with him didn’t seem like he was a sales person. Great communication throughout the process. He was friendly, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Would give more stars if we could. Ask for Jameson

I am so happy I found this company. Our AC quit working last summer on a Friday, before a holiday weekend. My normal AC company said it would be 3 days! Super Heat and Air had someone at my house within a couple of hours. I signed up for the maintenance contract asap. Yesterday I had my hvac inspection, Robert and Joseph are the dynamic duo! Very professional and personable. They made recommendations on what would help our hvac more efficient. And our air quality healthier. We noticed a difference immediately once the parts were installed. I will be requesting Robert and Joseph for future visits, they go above and beyond. No pushy sales, just honesty! Thanks guys!

When I called this team to come out to repair my AC unit, the response time was immediate with multiple options for a technician to come out to accommodate my schedule. The customer service was phenomenal. When the technician, Robert Johnson came to the home, he was extremely professional very educational on potential issues and extremely accommodating to meet every need and more as it relates to fixing the unit so I didn't have to go through another Florida night without AC. Because of the excellence and all of the above, I went ahead and signed up for the membership that Robert offered. THIS is what customer service should look like!

Great company. Used then for a ac replacement about 5 years ago. They were kind, curious and timely. Had a couple issues recently and they were out to look at it and got it taken care of quickly. They also walk you through your issue and and very informative. Not the cheapest around, but also not the must expensive either. Tyler Jones came out to take care of issue today, wanted to give him a shout out for being quick and thorough, and getting the air back blowing icey cold. Thank you. Great company.
