My family and I are not happy with this company. They installed an air conditioner for us for a large amount of money, but after four weeks it stopped working. Now on the sixth day with no air conditioner in the house and the weather is very hot. They came to see why it is not working. It turns out that they did not replace the water drain.
When it was raining last week, the water burned the electrical panel, so that is why it is not working. Honestly, I do not know. I paid a lot of money for my family and me to have good cooling in the house. They changed everything in the ceiling. Why did they not change the water drain? It is very old. It makes no sense, their choice not to has messed up everything!
I have paid you the money to get a new air conditioner system and all the new things. But now I have been without air conditioning for 6 days. Everyone in Florida knows how a house is without air conditioning. We cannot do anything in the house because of the heat inside.
Is it reasonable that I pay 28,000 and the air conditioner is new for only four weeks and now it has been a week without air conditioning? And now they are telling us that the part they got to fix it with does not connect. Please tell us how that is fair. Because the AC still does not work and now they have to come back yet again!! This company is frustrating to work with.

One Hour AC has done a fantastic job of maintaining our system for years. Best money we have ever spent is being on their monthly plan. Always the nicest techs and they respond to our calls immediately. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Steven, called to let us know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. Steven was polite and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us the problem areas on our A/C unit. Steve was able to do a short term repair so that we would be comfortable until our new unit could be installed. He explained the different types of units, their price points, energy efficiency and warranties. He worked to help us find the best financing possible. Our new unit will be installed tomorrow.

What an awesome experience after not having air all day with some miscommunication with the "overflow service" who for some reason didn't contact the technician.
I called 4 times during the day because I had an appt set up for 10-2 time frame for a technician to be here, but with the miscommunication it didn't get relayed to the technician on duty for some reason.
I spoke to Kyle (after I called for the 5th time) who did all he could do to figure out what happened and was very helpful in getting a tech to my house, before I hung up with him, the technician was calling me with a time that he'd be here.
Scott Beverly was the tech that came here, he was so professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything that had happened with my thermostat. It was so nice to have a technician that came in with a smile on his face and even put up with my 4 dogs. He even tolerated our yr old puppy Murphy (yes Murphy again,lol) who kept jumping on him trying to get him to play.
I am so grateful that Scott got our air up and running after it being 86° in the house all day.
Thank you Scott for your professionalism, and being so friendly and putting up with barking dogs and jumpy Murphy! LoL
Also, thank you to Kyle for getting down to whatever happened with our original appointment.

So impressed with this company and their team. Our service techs Esmix & RJ notified us prior to arrival and were very prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the issue. They had the problem identified quickly - which other companies had not been able to diagnose. We are enjoying our AC after their help! Highly recommend A++
