Adam did a fantastic job servicing our AC today and ensuring the Freon level was optimal for better cooling. Before his visit, the unit struggled to keep up with the heat, running for long periods and only effectively cooling the home at night when the sun wasn’t a factor.
Adam was also very professional and respectful, covering his feet every time he entered the house. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered.
On top of that, he helped me take advantage of the service plan, so now we’ll have maintenance done every six months. Great service all around!

I chose to hire One Hour Air again to service my AC units because my first experience with them was excellent. This time, the service itself was good, but unfortunately, the technician placed his heavy tool backpack on my dryer, which left a dent and some minor scratches.
Since then, I’ve called three times and, per the customer service representative's request, I’ve sent photos of the damage twice—once on each follow-up. It’s been since March 13th, and despite being told a manager would return my call each time, I have yet to hear back.
Very disappointing, especially after such a great first impression.

Emailed Serviceminds (new owner) as requested. AWAITING RESPONSE.
Our new AC system FAILED INSPECTION. Waiting four weeks for reinspection. NO RESPONSE FROM ONE HOUR!!!
One Hour communication = zero
One Hour customer service at branch and corporate level = zero
Long time service tech Andy = 5 stars
Call center = 5 stars
Esmerelda = 5 stars for taking responsibility and showing initiative by trying to get people to provide proper customer service. *Esmerelda and Andy should be running the company.*
Our new AC system failed the county inspection about 4 weeks ago. Thankfully, the install team promptly made repairs. Now we are waiting for the county to re-inspect. There has been no communication from One Hour Air thus far regarding the re-inspection which One Hour must arrange.
It took One Hour over nine months to schedule the first inspection. Apparently the permitting position at One Hour was vacant for some time which created a backlog. We inquired twice during this long stretch but did not receive any response from One Hour.

I recently had 2 service appointments with this company. At first we were very happy with the experience we had. The first tech let us know we had a bad thermostat. He came off as being honest instructing us that we can save a lot of money going to Home Depot and replacing the thermostat ourselves. He even offered assistance over the phone that evening when I had a few questions after he left. We noticed a difference in temp as the air coming out of the vents was closer to the outside temp vs the hot air coming out before. It was getting late so we thanked the tech and thought the problem was resolved. We paid $150 for the visit and thought it was money well spent.
The following day my girlfriend called the company saying that the ac was still not working. They sent out a different tech.
We told the tech we replaced the thermostat the day prior with the instruction of the first tech. We bought the exact same model thermostat as the replacement. I took a before and after pic of the wires and I have each wire in the exact correct location.
When the tech found out we replaced the thermostat he began telling us that many customers make a mistake trying to save money and cause a bigger issue. He then said we had the wires incorrectly on the thermostat. He continued to say I hope you didn’t blow up the system before he looked at anything. Maybe 20 minutes later he asked me to come outside. He said I have a big problem as he was chuckling “laughing a little” you need a new system your unit is totally blown.
After he told us that news he showed us a quote for 11k. He then asked us several times if we wanted a sales consultant to come out that night (7pm) to sell the unit to us right away. He also reminded us that trying to save $500 for a thermostat now cost us 11k. We were than charged for the second trip $150 because the return visit is not free if there is different issue.
Overall bad experience.

Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch". We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. He fixed that, and installed new lights. Gave us good advice about AC filters..
He's a Senior Tech for a reason! Thank you for making our day.
