I had Reliant install my new Goodman 4 ton 17 Seer2 A/C just last week, March, 2025... I love the A/C... and can't say enough about the team that did it! The onsite team, Mike, Jesus and Hannah were wonderful! They knew their stuff. They were respectful of each other and me... and couldn't have worked harder and more efficiently. I was very happy with them and the rest of the team... from my first contact Glenn, to estimator Scott to the office staff, Gabby and Angie! Super, Super Team! I highly recommend Reliant as your go to for your A/C and HVAC needs!

I was using Thunder Bay AC for the past six years until I learned that Reliant bought them out. Spoke to Angi since I remembered her from Thunder Bay and I went ahead and scheduled my annual maintenance with Reliant. Scott did a great job with the one time maintenance I scheduled. He was very honest and upfront about what my options were to either maintain my current ac unit and/or replace it. I will scheduling another appointment soon to get the most important issues taken care of. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of having Jarrett service the air conditioning in my condo, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only is he an excellent technician—knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough—but he’s also a genuinely wonderful human being. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured that everything was working perfectly, and he took the time to explain what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, his kindness and positive attitude made the entire experience a pleasure. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and such a great person. From first contact with Gabby through Jarrett the tec coming out promptly to diagnose the issue (Unfortunately the old unit wasn't able to be repaired) to the Install crew Billy & Hannah arriving the next day and knocking out the installation of the new unit in a timely manner

I just want to give a big thank you to Reliance Heating and Air for the amazing service we received! 🛠️❄️ From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and handled in a timely manner. ⏱️🙌
After our 21-year-old AC system started acting up, I notified our landlord, Cathy, the night before with a message and a voice memo to explain what was going on. She contacted Reliance right away, and the office was able to get us a next-day appointment, which I really appreciate. 🙏🏼📞 It was great to be worked into the schedule so quickly to get our AC fixed and avoid any long wait during this time of year! 🌡️👍🏼
The tech came out the next day and determined parts couldn’t be sourced due to the age of the unit. No delays—they scheduled a full replacement for the very next morning. 🔁⚙️
Billy and Cassandra arrived around 10:30 AM (great timing!) and spent the day installing a brand-new air handler and compressor. 🧊💨 They were professional, polite, and friendly throughout the entire job. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and even offered me a fan while they worked—which was super thoughtful. 💬🌬️
They stayed focused, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterward. 🧹✨ The job was done the same day, and everything is working great now. Couldn’t ask for better service. ✅
When it came time to handle payment, I simply called Cathy, and it was taken care of without any hassle. 💳📞 Everything went smoothly from beginning to end.
