John & Steve From Reliant AC came to do my maintenance today. My system is 10 years old and starting to show the wear from preforming in my 100 year old house in this Florid heat. They are a family business so you are supporting a small business. John was very thorough in his explanation of repairing my old system or purchasing a more efficient heat pump system, with a 10 year warranty on parts and a 10 warranty on labor. Yes I sad labor. They also offered to check on any rebates that might be available also. So I am going to do the upgrade which said can be done in one day. I highly recommend them just like my good friend did them to me, because they helped him out when he really needed an honest repair.

We've used Reliant before and they have never let us down on both servicing time and pricing. Tyler came out this morning with us being without air for a day, in the middle of a hot summer, and replaced a capacitor or something in 20 minutes and charged a very fair price. In Florida it's definitely important to have a go-to A/C and heating company you can trust. Thanks

We thought we needed a new AC unit. We have had 2 other companies come out in the past 4 months that told us we did. Yesterday one told us it wasn't working at all. We wanted several estimates. A family member recommended Reliant, so we called this am. Right away, I was impressed with Melody, who answered, and her customer service. She was able to arrange for someone to come this afternoon. Scott came out and we told him what we had been told. He looked at both the outside unit and attic unit. Came back in and said he had good news. While our 16 year old unit will need replaced at some point, it didn't need to be today. The capacitor was blown and made the fan stop working properly. He replaced that, got the fan working and it was blowing cold air right away. Now, he could have taken advantage of us and the fact that we thought the unit needed replacing right away, but he didn't. Great honesty and customer service. This gives us a little more time to save money for a unit. And we will definitely be calling Reliant when we replace it. Thanks you Scott and Melody!

We had Reliant out to completely overhaul our ductwork. The team was amazing! It was a 2-day project and they ensured each of the bedrooms were connected with great cold air flow the first night, then came back and completed the job early on day 2. They even offered us a discounted price and we signed up for the ongoing maintenance. We could not be happier with the results.

Tyler did a very good job servicing our air conditioner. He was very professional and polite. We had a problem arise with the time of the appointment due to a medical procedure that was moved to an earlier time. So as not to postpone the service, he started his day earlier and arrived in time to complete the maintenance. Melanie became aware of the issue the night before and went out of her way to make everything work out. We’ve used Reliant for many years now and are very pleased with their employees, response time and service.
