Our AC unit was running constantly and the humidity kept rising. Nothing we did seemed to help. We called Reliant and when Marcos arrived, he immediately diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, explained the issue and how to resolve it in the future. Just to be sure, he checked the system thoroughly and checked the coolant levels. He didn’t try to sell me a brand new AC system. He was also very personable and we talked about drones and my hydroponic mint garden. No company has ever taken the time to show any interest. I am super impressed and will definitely put Reliant on our “Trusted Company” list. Thank you Marcos and thank you Reliant for providing such excellent service.

Exceptional service, professionalism, communication & team work. If you need service or new unit, this is the "A" team. They go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, get honest pricing, and top notch service. Kudos to Reliant Heating and Air..you will not be disappointed. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! I spoke with Gabby at 8 this morning, had my a/c up and running by 4:30. Khoi Ha, the service tech was knowledgeable and immediately got to work to complete the project. Now that's service you can count on! Extremely pleased and doing my snoopy dance. My advice is to call Reliant 1st they put the other guys in the dust.

Would love to mention that Tyler was a real sweetheart I told him that my floors in my house were clean and I didn't want them dirty and he did everything from the outside which I thought was cute. Also he was so thorough I looked outside and he cleaned out my outside blower it looks so clean he explain to me about the UV light that convinced me to buy one and he posted a lot of photos so I can see the whole process he was as quiet as a mouse I'd like to add. So I definitely want him on my six month check up.

So pleased with the service I received today. Koai showed up on time and cleaned my A/C system in my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the complete process of what he was doing. He pointed out the existing issues with recommendations to solve our problem. We would highly recommend Reliant Air for any services you may need.

Definitely a company you can trust. I have used and I have recommended this company to my neighbors who have been more than satisfied with the services provided by the team. Today, a very professional team came in and did a great job maintaining my twenty year old Trane AC and my mini split. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased. I've been given a heads up that my air handler is going to need some love in the future as rust is eating away at it.. but, as of right night we are still working.... I'll be calling Travis and his team in the future when I need him. Give them a try.!!!
