I was very pleased with Jose. He gave me a follow-up goal. It instructed me that he would be here at a certain time, and he was, and I really appreciate his promptness. He was in here even though he didn't install. This system initially, he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be installed. He completed that and he took an assessment of the work to be completed state it. What do you need it for the job? And they would be calling me to give me an estimated time when they would come to complete that part of the work. I'm very pleased with the mobile all very, very pleased. Thank you, Jose. Austan came out for another issue and was so kind as well. told me everything in detail that I needed to know and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Had nothing but issues from the get go with a brand new unit. Multiple trips out where it was found that the installers originally did a poor job. Recently a coil needed to be replaced and the techs busted the duct work attached to the unit and left it broken allowing my house to get the 150 degree attic air. They also lost the cap and seal from one of the plugs. Stay away! They do not honor their warranty either!

This company came out to my home after another company I have had for years was out several times with no fix for my unit. 1hour’s team member Austan from the Clearwater Largo office and KT and Jimmy of the Tampa location are awesome! Austan spent over 4-5 hrs performing diagnostic test and trouble shooting what could be wrong with the system. Note!! Great communication between Austin and his team via phone collaboration. KT and Jimmy came out the next morning and fixed the systems wiring issue and I now have AC!!!
You all were professional and spot on with the work you did. Thank you!!😊 🫶🏼

Nick came came out and did a fantastic job explaining the problem I was facing on my AC unit. Had multiple options for repairs. When coming into the house, he wore booties, keeping everything clean. Very professional. Highly recommend! My dogs even loved him.
