We had questions after another local company told us our 3-year-old unit needed a part that cost over $1000 - and they said that was the price with the warranty! My daughter had a HVAC unit installed by Mosley and recommended them. The technician came out and found nothing wrong with our unit. Kevin Mosley (owner) answered all my questions on the phone, and Thom (technician) did a wonderful job today. You can be sure that you are getting honest answers and knowledgeable service from this local, family-owned business.

Extremely Unprofessional – Do Not Trust This Company
I gave Mosley Heating & Air, LLC a $5,000 down payment back in February after being told I needed a new AC unit. Since then, the experience has been nothing but a nightmare. They’ve missed two scheduled appointments—first claiming they ordered the wrong size unit, and then the second time, they simply didn’t show up at all with no explanation.
We’ve reached out multiple times via text, email, and phone calls, and have received no response whatsoever. At this point, they’ve left me no choice but to file a police report and pursue legal action to try and recover my money.
This company has been completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to stay far away. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.

My neighbor contacted Eric in regards of being without the ac since the storm in October. Eric took a deposit in January after taking a look at the unit saying it was out of date and best to be replaced. Eric also was saying he was backed up with jobs because of the storm and wanted a cash deposit for the equipment to be purchased. Eric hasn’t set up a date to do the job, it’s been months without a word back and won’t return a call or text. My neighbor has since contacted acree to come look at the unit and they said the unit was fine it had a fuse blow due to water in the system and looked as if somebody had tampered with the controls to make it inoperable.

Mosley Heating & Air has been servicing my AC unit for over 5 years. They are always extremely knowledgeable & professional. I know I’m in good hands with them. I have trusted Eric and Daniel with any work they have done for me and Kandi is the absolute best at coordinating and communicating everything from the office. Would absolutely recommending Mosley Heating & Air for your heating and cooling needs !

The worst customer service i have ever dealt with!!! They got there deposit and then never showed. Then I have been trying to get a refund for my 80 yr old mother in law. Call there office and goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. And won't respond to any messages sent. NEXT STOP ATTORNEY GONNA SUE FOR ALL THE PAIN AND AGGRAVATION THEY HAVE CAUSED MY FAMILY!!!!! THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE!!!! We should get together and ban together to make sure this never happens again!!!!
