Wow!! VERY Impressed with this company. I got a nice surprise yesterday when Bianca (the office manager) called and told me that they were driving to North Florida to pick up the unit personally so they could install it a week early. Joe, the owner, went above a beyond to accommodate us by personally picking up this unit for us. The estimator was great. I told him we were looking to keep the cost down and he advised that we replace it with the exact same model that we had on the roof before. This saved us over $4,500 and a lot of down time from having to re-do the curbing and put in a different unit. This was an easy fix to what could have been a very costly replacement. They promised to be there at 8:00 AM and were actually EARLY. Javier and Jerry, the technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. Other companies said this would take a full day to replace. Kenny’s did this in under 3 hours! I would highly recommend them for any Commercial or Residential needs. They are now my GO TO company for all my properties. Thanks to all the Kenny’s team for making this such a pleasant, cost-effective experience! YOU ROCK!

After many years of service our AC finally died and we needed it replaced. Kenny's was recommended to me by a family member after getting a few quotes from other places as high as $12,000. These guys came in with a fair price and professionalism and were able to get the whole job done in a day leaving no mess. 100% going to call them again if anything should go wrong down the road or at another property.

Always outstanding service from Evan. Timely, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Replaced my a/c a few years back thru Kenny’s. My whole family in Tampa uses the company and service like his is a big reason why.

The first tech that was sent did not seem to want to do the job. When arrived did not have a ladder high enough to reach the AC unit, second time they came he did not have the tool to check for freon leaks. He said he called and never got a call for a return appointment. I had to call the office to ask them to come back to check the for leaks. Finally the second tech was very responsive. Even the boss Joe called me back, they had the parts in stock and the repair was done the next day. Overall it is a good review. You can't fault the company for one bad guy. I'm sure they were overwhelmed due to the recent hurricane Milton.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent interaction my neighbour had with two of your vendors during their visit to my property at 2918 Hansen Manor Ln.
Unfortunately, she was disappointed by the way her belongings were handled. Specifically, one of your vendors placed a ladder directly on her umbrella, which she had placed on the ground temporarily due to strong winds the day before. The umbrella was in a safe location, and she would have gladly moved it if requested, but it was disregarded without any consideration.
In addition, she found both vendors to be dismissive and disrespectful in their attitude while accessing the ladder. Their behavior gave the impression that they felt entitled to disregard her property and act without concern for the inconvenience or potential damage caused. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I wanted to bring it to your attention so that it can be addressed with the staff involved.
I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of respect for her belongings and the unprofessional behavior left a negative impression. I value the services you provide, but I hope you can take steps to ensure that future interactions are more respectful and mindful of customer property.
