Called to make an appt and luckily they sent someone out that day! The next day they sent a supervisor with supposedly “ new” equipment. Needless to say the equipment was useless not finding the sewer line which was clogged 25 feet away from our home. They said we had to tear up 38 feet of pipes(UNNECESSARILY) to fix the clog! We could have just spliced the pipe at the city line and not had a zig zag piping for 38 feet! $7600 later they left the yard in shambles and all turned up! We called to complain and they sent the supervisor out again with the useless cameras whom he confirmed were not working and not accurate. He did apologize but sorry doesn’t give our money back! Or undo the Mickey Mouse zig zag piping now in our yard! They sent Juan the plumber back to fix the yard and correct the damage that Brandon did while trying to put the dirt back.
We do not have enough compliments to express the professionalism, knowledge and respect that this young man displayed. He worked tirelessly in this Florida heat and explained to us every step that he made and why. My husband and I requested to speak with the owner( Dan B) but never heard from him. The supervisor that came in the morning with the NEW faulty cameras never returned to inspect the work that Juan so meticulously did.
Juan deserves a GOOD RAISE!!!!! Thank you Juan! Now it’s a waiting game to see if all goes as promised. But no word from headquarters….

Dan came out to look at my plumbing and electrical issues. Figured out the issues pretty quick. He was extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he’s been at this for years. He gave me several options on payment plans. Thankfully they had plans to work with my credit. The installers came out and fixed all the issues. I’d recommend heatwave to anyone

We noticed that our indoor AC handler kept running continuously, while the outdoor unit cycled on and off. Unsure of what to do, we contacted Heatwave Cooling and Plumbing. They quickly sent a technician who diagnosed the issue and recommended a new blower/modular kit. Within a few hours, the part was installed, and everything was up and running smoothly again. Your driver did a sudden u turn without even stopping at 11:28am today on US19 in New Port Richey, turning right into oncoming traffic and came within a few inches of T-boning my $80 thousand dollar Jaguar… complete disregard for traffic laws or anyone’s safety. Your lucky the lane to my right was open so I could swerve out of the way, otherwise I would be suing your company for injuries and property damage. This person is a liability to your company and a menace on the road.

Terrible job. We paid 4k to have an outdoor shower placed for our new pool deck. The job took 20 hours (one night he was here till after 10pm!). When the they called to see how the job/ service was they pretty much asked, “what do you want us to do about it?” Are you kidding??? He screwed a piece of wood into our concrete house. Who puts wood near a constant water source? Piping looks like it’s from 1984. Just. Awful. See photos for details.
