Our air went down last night and, on a Saturday, we had the best experience we've ever had - Ilias responded to our call and he was extremely kind, very professional and very knowledgeable - he took us through everything, fixed the problem and we will be requesting him to do our maintenance from this day forward. Thank you Ilias for the great save and for being such an efficient and friendly person! Cox and we are lucky to have you - you are the gold standard!

I own Thee Tan Haus, a luxury airbrush tanning studio in Tampa, and recently completed a renovation at my new location. Right after moving in, I noticed that the AC ventilation and ductwork design weren’t able to keep the studio cool, and it was humid all the time. I contacted two local Tampa-based companies, but neither seemed capable of solving the issue. That’s when I reached out to Cox Heating & Air Conditioning—and I’m so glad I did! We’ve had Cox maintenance contacts on several of our properties since 2012. We’ve also purchased three HVAC systems from them. We’ve always been pleased and impressed with their quick and satisfactory response to our heating and air conditioning needs. The staff are pleasant and professional as are the office staff. A special shout out to Elias who recently provided outstanding maintenance service on our residence’s dual systems.

Cox Air installed all the air conditioning equipment in our home when it was originally being built 31 years ago. We've had MANY different Cox Air service technicians over the past 31 years, and ALL were good. However, Ilias was even BETTER than all the rest. He did an extremely thorough job, and when finished, took the time to explain to me (with photos) all that he did. He provided really SUPERIOR service. Thank you so much, Ilias and Cox Air.

Had a scheduled maintain our 15 year old air conditioning unit. Service technician, Ilias, showed up on time and started the job. He came in and showed us a picture of our coil and it was packed with insulation. He then proceeded to to ask if he could use our water hose to clear the obstruction. He finished the job and let us know that our unit while old was still
I’m good working condition. This is the kind of honesty that is needed in the service industry. Thanks for a great job done sir.
