I Do Not Recommend This Company!!
They installed my new air conditioning unit 2 1/2 years ago and offered a peace of mind plan for a big price for the year and didn’t even maintenance my unit correctly. I’ve had issues with it the entire time and recently had issues and they supposedly fixed it and they blamed my air ducts for their poor work performance they provided. I had a new company out 2 weeks later and had duct work replaced and it wasn’t the issue they had to re due the job this company supposedly did but obviously not because it kept freezing. I’m still having issues.
The owner Chris has never answered or acknowledged any of my messages for this unprofessional work that has cost me over $6,000 dollars. Pictures below of their rigged work.
He makes his receptionist do his dirty work.
Very unprofessional and not reliable at all.
If you want honest,kind,professional hard working men you will not receive that from this company. Check around there’s much better out there!!

Terrell did an amazing job installing this brand new unit and Mike did an excellent job keeping us informed of progress and explaining everything as they worked. 3 years ago you did this for us in our old house, and today you and your team have outdone yourselves yet again!!! Here in FL having your AC system FAIL in the hottest part of summer is a real nightmare! But from start to finish your team provided us superior service! From Megan in scheduling, to Mike in consulting and overseeing all the work, to Terrell arriving exactly on time, finishing the install in less than a day and cleaning up the work area at the end! Always love to have Sylvester come to do bi yearly service on my Air Conditioning units... He's friendly and professional...he does a thorough check the outdoor and indoor unit... I recommend Complete Heating and Cooling for your interior climate needs 👍👍👍
