My a/c died the Monday before hurricane Milton hit. Burgess rep John met with me on Friday morning of that same week. Burgess installed my new a/c the following Monday. Outstanding service!

The outside unit was not working. I called Burgess and they were able to send a technician out that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked our system and didn’t jump to a conclusion. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, and gave me quotes for different parts before proceeding. It took about an hour. Very personable. I recommend Burgess.

The tech from Burgess came on time. Prior to arrival I received a text with his name and photo so I know who is appearing at my door. I truly appreciated this!
Upon arrival, BRANDON used a device that looks like an over-sized lighter with yellow lights and digital readout display to determine if there was
R-410 refrigerant leaking. It was registering a “three” which indicates a leak.
Since the unit was a Jan. 2013 install, it’s an 11.5 yr old unit. it didn’t make sense to put more money in to repair this unit.

We were very pleased with our team of Kevin and Angel…very professional and friendly. They explained things clearly. I also appreciate the advance notice with pictures of who is coming…a good safety feature. It’s been too cold to have had to test the cooling, but the testing went well,

We had our AC go out less than 20 hours before we were supposed to go on vacation. Burgess not only took the time to speak to us about our options, but also got a repair person out first thing in the morning so that we did not lose everything that we had paid for our trip. Their technicians are wonderful their office staff is so supportive. I live in a condo community that regularly uses this company. Not one of my neighbors have ever had a bad experience. Thank you for all you do and a special thanks to Andrew and Kim for all the hard work you did with our recent repair!
