Burgess has been the GO TO Hearing and Air people ever since I was a kid (early 90s)for my family! Their service has only improved even more since then. My ac went out, I have two kids(one infant) and they were on my property same day I called. Even dropped off a spot cooler for the kids! Its not about just the machine with Burgess, it's a whole enjoyable process you are getting with their amazing skilled techs, prompt service and A+ customer care.

Not only were they on time, very promptly on time, but they even recognized when I had put my baby down for a nap and worked as quiet as could be! My infant was able to nap for 2 full hours while they installed the handler and thermostat, didn't wake him once! Impressed! Another A+ install done by Burgess. I contacted Burgess Heating and Air to get my almost 20 year old central AC unit replaced. I met with Jeff the sales agent, and he provided me with options to have the unit replaced and then scheduled a time for the installers to do the installation job.
My installation technicians Jack and Mike arrived promptly at 8am and got to work on a somewhat difficult job of removing the old unit, and then having to do some additional retrofitting and carpentry in order for the new unit to fit properly. They worked diligently and hard on the job which was tedious and involved. After a long day of hard work, Jack and Mike had the unit installed and working with a professional appearance. They took time to explain the workings of the new unit and answered any question that would arise. The new AC unit is a great improvement to my house, and I am already noticing the difference with cooling, airflow, and noise from the new unit.
I would like to compliment my installers Jack and Mike for their hard work and friendly service. They went above and beyond with having to do some additional work to get the airflow handler to fit properly, and did an all around great job getting the compressor and thermostat to work properly.
I would definitely recommend Burgess Heating and Air if you are in the market for a new central air conditioning unit. Their team of sales people and installers made a potentially difficult process very smooth and easy. Thanks again to Jack and Mike for their hard work yesterday, it is really appreciated!

The technician texted me when he was coming ; also leaving a photo of himself and his qualifications. He called me when he arrived and later let me know that a part was needed . He gave me the exact cost which I approved . This was a long distance work as I live in the poconos of Pennsylvania. The technician was familiar with the area and we had a short conversation . He was very personable but more important he was very knowledgeable regarding the equipment . Overall a long distant very positive experience.

Technician was very knowledgeable and experienced in identifying the electrical board on the fan as the problem with our system. System is now running very well. We have had Burgess install and maintain our AC systems for decades and they continue to provide excellent service.
