From the initial introduction with their free estimate, all the way to the completion of my project, every single individual has been an exceptional pleasure to deal with. Each and every employee was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, completely competent in their field of expertise, but by far the most courteous set of employees I've ever experienced from any company , from start to finish. It is very rare to find all those qualities in today's world. I was certainly surprised and elated with the final cost of my project. They came in Far Below the other two estimates I obtained, and I was able to get more for my buck even before they began work. If I could give them a hundred Stars from this whole experience I would. Our senior service technician was Don Meyer. Don was timely, efficient, honest and thorough. I was especially impressed by how he took the time to explain everything about our unit and what we could do to get the maximum benefit.
Don was like having a technical school instructor who took pride in truly teaching what the service update was really about. He is truly knowledgeable and very willing to share that knowledge with customers so they know exactly what to expect.
I will make it a point to schedule him for all future appointments with Bayside, he's truly an asset for Bayside.

I have been a customer of Bayside Heating and Air for several years and I'm thoroughly pleased with them. While every technician that has provided service at my residence has been professional and knowledgeable, I always try to get on "Mr. Jim's" schedule. He is absolutely the best. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable are just a few of his qualities. Mr. Jim and I talk about a range of topics and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations and his tidbits of wisdom and suggestions for handling task around the house. The company as a whole is great and I've gotten two family members on board as customers as well. I recommend them for your air and heating needs. Today, I spoke to a customer service representative, Mike. He was just as cordial and professional. Great company, employees, and timely and quality service.

I recently had Bayside out for a regular checkup on my AC/Heating system that Bayside previously installed. The technician arrived in timely manner, went directly to checking our unit to insure it was functioning properly etc. After the technician was done he reported his results and suggested a whole house air cleaning system, but didn’t pressure us. We are considering the system. Overall, the service we have received has been great, the techs always timely and never abuse our time.

I've been a customer of Bayside for several years now. All of they're technicians are courteous and very professional. Tony was my technician for the last two times I've had maintenance. He was fast but thorough and I've requested him in the future. I would recommend Bayside for your A/C needs.
