I really enjoyed working with Integrity Home. They were able to get someone out to come check our AC within 2 hours of our call. Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining what the issues were with our unit, why it needed to be replaced, and what our options were with their replacements services. We felt like all our questions were answered fully and we were impressed with all the warranties and coverage packages available. Jacob was even able to bring down the cost to match another quote we had received for the same replacement estimate which was amazing! Jacob was so great to work with because of his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.

Orion Wilson is probably the most courteous employee I have ever met. Always replying with either, "yes sir, or no sir". Just for the record, I'm not used to that rhetoric, but it was a pleasant surprise. Orion put my a/c unit through a gauntlet of tests with a rating that gave me confidence in both his abilities & what my a/c is supposed to do. You have done well hiring this man.Many thanks.

I am filing a formal complaint against Integrity AC & Heating for what I believe to be deceptive business practices and an improper installation that has left us with an inefficient and inadequate air conditioning system despite paying $11,481 for a new unit. We hired Integrity AC & Heating to replace our existing air conditioning system, and the work was completed on January 29, 2025. However, since installation, the system has not been functioning properly. Our home’s humidity level is constantly at 70%, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. After contacting them about these issues, they sent a technician to inspect the system. The technician then informed us that we now need new ductwork, a dehumidifier, and an upgraded thermostat, none of which were ever mentioned when we were originally sold the system. In fact, they had already installed a thermostat as part of the original job, but now claim we need a different one. Since the technician's visit, both the salesman and the manager have stopped returning our calls, leaving us without a proper resolution. After calling their office multiple times Mike is conveniently not there to speak to us in resolving this issue. It is clear to us that the AC unit was improperly installed and is not functioning as it should, yet the company is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. Since the technician's visit, both the salesman and the manager have stopped returning our calls, leaving us without a proper resolution. We feel that we have been misled and scammed out of $11,482 for a system that is not working properly and fails to regulate our home's temperature and humidity levels. We request that Integrity AC & Heating correct this issue immediately by either: Repairing or replacing the AC unit to ensure it functions correctly at no additional cost, or Providing a full refund so that we can have the job completed properly by a reputable company. If this matter is not resolved, we will have no choice but to escalate our complaint further, including pursuing legal action and sharing our experience with consumer protection agencies. We appreciate your assistance in holding this company accountable and helping us resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Sincerely,
