I feel like this company is going downhill, I have used them for years and really liked them and even recommended them to others but not as of today. yesterday I spent an hour on the phone going back and forth on my membership the guy was very nice and helpful. I think we get it all figured out and pay my fee. today the technician shows up and as he is leaving I ask he replaced the UV light and he says it’s not included. I about lost it and it wasn’t his fault so I call integrity and the girl on the phone is no help and tells me a manager can’t call me until tomorrow. REALLY have you gotten so big that you don’t have managers available for clients? that is a horrible way to do business and I will post on all social media and better business bureau until I get someone to contact me. you take my money no problem but can’t help when there is an issue I’m SO FRUSTRATED

Brian came out after I complained of my AC not working for the third time so I was a bit aggravated. He was such a pleasant young man and very knowledgeable within an hour. He had my ear working and explained everything to me and taken care of whatever the problem looks. I will ask for him in the future. He was a nice young man.

Jullian O. Was a respectful gentleman. Very professional and highly knowledgeable about the issues. He did great on inspection and fixing the duct work issue. Highly recommend and I will def be requesting him next time for issues.

I really enjoyed working with Integrity Home. They were able to get someone out to come check our AC within 2 hours of our call. Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining what the issues were with our unit, why it needed to be replaced, and what our options were with their replacements services. We felt like all our questions were answered fully and we were impressed with all the warranties and coverage packages available. Jacob was even able to bring down the cost to match another quote we had received for the same replacement estimate which was amazing! Jacob was so great to work with because of his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.
