Buyer beware. My honest opinion don't select them for your next AC installation, they are not at all like Simpson. My installation was incomplete and not to code, moreover the unit is not functional less than 30 days after installation. I have a brand new package AC that at current IS NOT WORKING which ran me around $12K for a lennux. Most recently, an "escalation" specialist was sent out and he told me a part would have to be ordered. When I called in today the call center team member said no part was ordered and that my AC on file showed as "resolved" Its been 30 degrees at night and I have no heat, here in a few days it will be back over 80 degrees and will have no Cooling... I would honestly choose anyone but them, as it appears I may now have to get legal assistance for consumer affairs, breech of contract, and code violations. At current the unit is also still not fully installed I should add, wires are to short pulled well away from box/wall and held together with electric tape and fully exposed. Photos from original installation. Pad looks better now but wiring is worse

This large AC company recently acquired Simpson Air, a highly respected local business we had trusted for years. Unfortunately, their customer service is beyond terrible. If you’re even thinking about using them—don’t.
They originally scheduled our annual service for a time window between 10 AM and noon. At 11:10 AM, they informed us their technicians were too busy to come. They rescheduled for the next day, only to miss that appointment as well. Then they rescheduled again—only to miss it a third time.
When you call, you’re routed to a call center or remote agents who don’t seem to have direct communication with the dispatch team, making it nearly impossible to get real updates. The lack of organization and accountability is frustrating.
Save yourself the hassle—there are plenty of other local AC companies with far better service.

Since Del-Air acquired Simpson Air, their customer service has gone downhill. This seems like yet another case of a large AC company consolidating smaller businesses without maintaining the quality customers expect.
If I didn’t already have a service contract with them, I wouldn’t continue using their services. Their scheduling and communication are a mess. We were given a 10 AM–12 PM window for our annual maintenance, requiring us to take time off work. At 11:09 AM—well past halfway through the appointment window—they suddenly canceled, citing too many emergency calls and unavailable technicians.
This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing a smaller, family-owned AC company that values its customers and delivers reliable service.

We recently had our AC units serviced and the technician who came to do the job was Axavier. He was very professional, polite, and detail oriented. He took time to clearly explain to me the different steps he was doing. He was very neat with his work and tools and left no mess whatsoever. He answered my questions and made sure his answers were clear. It was obvious to me that he knows his job well. Before finishing he double checked a few things to make sure all was working properly. I was very impressed with him, and if possible would be very pleased to see him again for our next service call!

Best company ever! Knowledge techs! The service contracts are gold . I had several weekend night issues called the service and they had someone there quickly. Had all the parts needed and fixed my issues. A special thanks to Gary the main man . He is a problem solver and knows his stuff. A tech named David is the absolutely best tech o have ever had. Hard worker and very smart. I will stick with this company for as long as I have my home. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Get a service contract from them it’s well worth it!!!
