    If we could give them 0 stars we would. We called to scheduled a technician to come out and look at our air conditioner. Del-Air gave us a service window between 2PM and 4PM. The technician did not show up until 6:30 and was there for 2 hours. The technician shut the breaker off in the home to inspect the unit. Not only did the tech leave the home without turning the breaker back on, but the tech also left without checking to make sure the air was back to running normal. We have not had air conditioning for 2 days now and it is almost 90 degrees in the house. The air was cooling just fine before the Del-Air technician arrived. We have reached out to Del-Air customer service numerous times today to try and get a technician back to the house to resolve the issue that THEIR TECHNICIAN caused and customer service is claiming no one can come to the house for another 3 days. Customer service also refused to let us speak to a supervisor. Due to their mistake this should be prioritized and not just scheduled for "the next available appointment time" 5 days without air conditioning in a 90 degree house in Florida is completely unacceptable Del-Air. I would NOT recommend this company. They clearly do not prioritize emergency situations for their customers when THEY messed up and their technicians are SLOPPY and CARELESS with their service.

    Wow is all I can say. We have been customers since house was built 7 years ago. We scheduled a 6 month maintenance in June for August 12, 2024. Our window was from 8am - 12noon. At 10:50 we received a text stating please call & schedule , we replied our appt is today. They replied they were canceling. Not enough staff . My husband stayed home for this service. We requested either they pay his hourly rate or refund us our maintenance service fee . I’ve called every week for what will be 1 month in few days, to calling daily. We now wish to cancel our contract & move on . But hahaha we get placed on hold to get each time no one available at extension. I have over a dozen expedited messages from persons on intake . NO RETURN CALLS. We will move forward with cancellation of charge with our credit card carrier. We know you have enough customers to not care …. That’s sad

    Simpson Air / DBA Del-Air doesn’t honor their service contracts- we signed up for the “coolest” service plan. “Guaranteed clear drain line”- our drain line clogged, system stopped running and we had to clear it ourselves. “Guaranteed same day service- priority service”- system wasn’t working correctly on another date after the drain line clog, called for service during business hours on a Friday and was told they would put us on the schedule for Monday. Representative says the same day service is no longer part of their plan since they were bought out by Del-Air but it’s still on their website as of today.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. We had previously had the maintenance plan with them, called for our drain line clogging and confirm with them we have a plan, they come out, charge full price, saying it says we have a plan and it says we don’t, both showing on the invoice. We called the next day, as advised by the tech, they said they will look into it and call back within 2 days. This was on August 7th, no reply from them. We then left out of down for 2.5 weeks and didn’t really run out unit, we come back and the same drain line is clogged again, meaning they didn’t fix the clog in the first place. We called and all they can say is they will escalate and call back. We are now on September 17th and called again for our 4th escalation, at this point we are going to dispute the charge with the credit card company since they didn’t do the job on the first place. What a terrible company to try to work with, very deceptive and borderline negligent.

    We got a new system a year ago. I’m not going to hold this company responsible for the problems with the new unit. I will however hold this company responsible for the lack of follow up. Taking over a month to fix the broken part on a new unit and having to come out at least 4 times. The last visit they fixed the problem then found a oil leak. One would think someone would call to set up an appointment. Two weeks later I had to call to ask for someone to come out. I don’t think customer service is their strongest quality. You might want to call a different company. I’ve called to voice my concerns about the lack of customer service. No one bother to call me.
