They kept telemarketing me.
I had a very good experience with World Class air overall. I've been a Realtor for 20 years in Florida and I have scheduled them to do a $29 tune up at my family's property in Dunedin this Tuesday due to the excellent service I experienced.
By the way, $1,000 for an A/C system is an amazing price, it can't be the whole system in response to the woman who made a really strange claim against them. Replacing duct work alone can cost near that in my experience and the components are several $1,000s of dollars so it is obvious to anyone who has gotten quotes on Central Air that they didn't "take" advantage of anyone. I do wish the owner had started out with that and not all these details of phone calls they made.
I am helping a friend of a friend and when a buyer claiming to be an experienced investor claimed a system they installed wasn't working well they came out and checked it out and did it's annual tune up - it still has 3 years left on the warranty.
When the investor next claimed there was no attic access so he couldn't see the duct work, their guy came back the next day climbed into the attic and took pictures to satisfy the investor in early September. Their manager Sheila and Robert were very helpful with all our calls and questions. The buyer's Realtor even agreed that was the case when I cc:ed her my email thanking them for their very timely service and calls.
I'm not a customer yet but I hope to be one on Tuesday. I hope everyone is staying cool, calm and collected and enjoying living near our World Class Beaches.

World Class Heating and Cooling installed a new unit less than a year now. The quality and professional attitude of Chris is exceptional. This was the scheduled 6 month checkup he was just as through as when initially installed the unit. He was very courteous and patient showing me how everything works.

World Class Hustlers! We had them out for their $29 inspection. Technician Jim was very polite, turned the AC temp down to keep the unit running and indicated that he would be back in to reset in order to check the heating. After some time working outside, he told us that the unit was drawing 17 amps but was rated for a maximum of 13.1. He blamed the problem on insulation inside the cabinet which was loose and covering the coils and another component – causing the unit to run hard. He claimed the insulation could not be repaired and quoted a price of $850 to replace it & clean the coils. When I declined that service, he put the cover back on the unit, I gave him a check and he left without turning the AC back to the normal temperature or checking the heat production.
We then called the company that we have used in the past to conduct the same annual checkup, but for $59. After the unit was opened and cleaned, the tech reported that everything was ship-shape. I noticed that the insulation inside the cabinet was no longer drooping and I told him the story about World Class. He put his meter back on and showed me that it was drawing exactly 13 amps under full load, NOT 17. He also explained that even if the insulation comes loose, it is held in place by the cover, when properly closed. He also said if the edges were too damaged for that, a piece of duct tape would hold it securely.
You may draw your own conclusions.

A big shout out to Jason and Chris from World Class. They replaced a clogged filter in my new AC system and did a complete maintenance while they were here They were very prompt, professional and cordial. I wasn't very happy that i had to spend money on an almost brand new system. I thought my warranty covered all parts and labor for ten years. My bad, I guess, for not reading the fine print. Jason and Chris' good work and upbeat attitude softened my anger. They are a credit to the company. I hope they stick around. Thanks to them and World Class. Rob C.

They came for service to replace a warranty blower motor which also come with probably 2hrs no charge labor. They charged her 790$, then ac stopped working next day. Meanwhile she has been without ac actually for a week now. Now, compressor is locked up no refrigerate is system. There is no leaks in the system. They can't explain why or how freon leaked out. The repair will cost they said 2865$ - 505.Discounted 2360. I told them to leave and getting second opinion from Air Zero. A very reliable ac company. World class are sc
