After having to go through my home warranty to have my AC looked at and the initial service company tried to immediately upsale and not fix what was wrong…I had to request a 2nd opinion. Was glad Hometown Heating and Air came out. Willie was great. He explained in detail what was what and didn’t agree with the initial service company of why my AC stopped working. My home warranty had initially denied repair based on the first service, but was able to approve it after Willie explained in is report as to the actual cause and what it needed. Thank you. I will save Hometown Heating & Air in my phone for future routine maintenance. Thank you Willie for being genuine and very personable.

Excellent company very thorough and knowledgeable. All their techs are personable and geeky about their job. The whole staff is pleasant to work with. Patricia provided exceptional customer service. I've dealt with several ac companies in the past. This ac company is the one you want if you want it done right and honest.

My tech came out on time and was very customer service oriented. He performed diagnostics on the system as I was not getting any heat. After a short period of time he found the issue and corrected it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks
