We had questions after another local company told us our 3-year-old unit needed a part that cost over $1000 - and they said that was the price with the warranty! My daughter had a HVAC unit installed by Mosley and recommended them. The technician came out and found nothing wrong with our unit. Kevin Mosley (owner) answered all my questions on the phone, and Thom (technician) did a wonderful job today. You can be sure that you are getting honest answers and knowledgeable service from this local, family-owned business.

Mosley Heating & Air has been servicing my AC unit for over 5 years. They are always extremely knowledgeable & professional. I know I’m in good hands with them. I have trusted Eric and Daniel with any work they have done for me and Kandi is the absolute best at coordinating and communicating everything from the office. Would absolutely recommending Mosley Heating & Air for your heating and cooling needs !

The worst customer service i have ever dealt with!!! They got there deposit and then never showed. Then I have been trying to get a refund for my 80 yr old mother in law. Call there office and goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. And won't respond to any messages sent. NEXT STOP ATTORNEY GONNA SUE FOR ALL THE PAIN AND AGGRAVATION THEY HAVE CAUSED MY FAMILY!!!!! THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE!!!! We should get together and ban together to make sure this never happens again!!!!

They are an absolutely excellent company. After dealing with AC issues for over 2 months, home temperatures of over 80 degrees, multiple AC companies, and an energy audit nobody was able to determine what was wrong with our nearly new unit. Eric was able to diagnose and quickly fix the issue and now the AC is working great again. Candy was nice and helpful getting us scheduled. One of the absolute best companies I've ever used.
