Changed from one star to five stars because of our tech Raymond!! Raymond arrived at 10 pm and he had just received a call to come to our home. He was knowledgeable, efficient and explained in detail the problem were were having with our unit. He was personable and spent the time needed to get the job done correctly! Raymond, thank you for a job well done. Because of Raymond we are staying with ABC.
It was ONE STAR for the problem indicated below. We have been waiting for 11 and a half hours on an emergency request for a tech to call us. I have called numerous times and was told by a lady in the office we were next on the list at 4 o’clock and now it is 9 o’clock pm. Spoke with a lady at the office tonight at 8 o’clock pm. She sent an email to the tech and we never heard from him. She tried the second time and still we have not received a call from the tech. Unacceptable!

ABC got someone out to the house right away and our service technician, Chris, was very polite and nicely dressed, he looked over the three projects and gave us an estimate, explaining it very clearly. he got to work straight away and had the first two done in under an hour. He returned the next day with other parts, on our schedule, and finished up. Great job. I would definitely hire ABC plumbing again Dan

Tyler was fabulous. I have a. Contract on the condo. Plumbing was serviced prior to tenants moving in. Tenants called to say kitchen sink was not draining properly. Tyler came out at no charge to find disposal owner was dislodged and reconnected. Tenants felt good about experience and was told about quality of plumbing. Great service and communication. Tenant knows if another problem it is something they did not something hidden that surfaced
