I really enjoyed working with Integrity Home. They were able to get someone out to come check our AC within 2 hours of our call. Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining what the issues were with our unit, why it needed to be replaced, and what our options were with their replacements services. We felt like all our questions were answered fully and we were impressed with all the warranties and coverage packages available. Jacob was even able to bring down the cost to match another quote we had received for the same replacement estimate which was amazing! Jacob was so great to work with because of his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.

Had a brand new AC unit, air handler, thermostat installed 7 months ago. So far they've had to send a tech out every month to do repairs. The repairs on a brand new unit takes average a week before they come back. So here in Florida it's warm year round and that's 1 week a month we have to go without AC. They have all these guarantees on their stuff yet fell to honor in of them. Tech was her mid Oct had to order a part, AC worked till now and the parts still not in a month later. Management refuses to return calls when asked to. I have asked for a full refund or full replacement which they are not willing to do per Mike, who says he's head of the AC department. No other options now than to seek legal assistance with the issue of a very bad company. Stay away!!! Complete fraud of a company that will steal your money. they are the worst company have ever dealt with. they sold me an entire HVAC system and within a month the air handler quit working. when they came out for service they said a part had to be ordered and it would be days before it could be repaired. three days later I called to find out the progress and customer service told me they would have someone call me. when I asked for a supervisor they said they did not have one. they lie and dodge responsibility. I asked for any person within the company that has any info on my part all they say is no one is in the office and refuse to transfer me to anyone within the company that has any authority. in short dont do business with this company for anything

Riley is experienced , knowledgeable and dedicated and very adept reading the room. however, when I had to reach out to him to reschedule my appointment, he told me he had to cancel it. He also mentioned that he would need to send the confirmation of the cancellation to my real estate agent. I’m given the fact that this was an estimate based on the requirements from the Inspector report on the house that I am selling. When I explained to him that I wanted to reschedule because I was shopping around the quote was $2500, his tune changed quickly. He promptly Made it clear that he was not happy and wished me well . I did detect a tinge of sarcasm, which I did not appreciate . As a homeowner, it’s important to weigh my options.
As it turns out, I was able to get a more competitive quote from a competitor.

I had a tech (Michael King) come out for an assessment to clean my air ducts. He was very honest and informative. He informed me that I have fiberglass padded air ducts and it would be unsafe for them to do a regular cleaning. (In a lot more in-depth and detailed conversation)
Even though they were unable to perform a cleaning, I’m giving 5 stars for professionalism, honesty and integrity!!!
