Billy showed up and did a great job identifying the problem and implementing the solution. Thankful that he came by and now our AC works again. The company did a great job promptly setting up the appointment on same day as I requested. Communication was very good.

I called Integrity Home Solutions yesterday to have some check my home air conditioner. They said no one was available at that time and if I want they can have someone come out at night for an extra fee. The fee must be collected in advance. So I paid $129 over the phone and they sent someone who arrived at around 8:30 pm. Jacob, the technician introduced himself as a field supervisor. Upon checking my system, he advised that the A/C compressor was bad. He offered to replaced the next day for $3700. Then he tried convincing me that it is better to get a whole new system (basic package is $12642). All night we barely slept any and having all windows open and fans on. I had someone else come out today for a 2nd opinion. He found that the compressor was in a very good condition and the problem was the capacitor. I only paid him $200 out of the door.
I don’t understand why people are being dishonest? Or may be the companies are pushing their employees to rip off customers so they can meet their targets. I will regret calling this company and will never recommend it to anyone.

This company’s staff has always been friendly and helpful in the past.
Recently however, I was quoted nearly $3k to replace the compressor on my AC. I was also told it might be better to replace the entire system, because it was going to take them up to 2 weeks to get that part.
Turns out the problem was just a valve that was stuck in the closed position. It took my mailman (who works on air conditioners on the side) about 10 minutes to figure this out, and get the system running again.
Really makes me wonder if the other expensive repairs this company has done over the years were necessary.

Zach and his partner did an amazing job. They installed my new water heater perfectly. He explained everything about maintaining it etc.. and I appreciated that they also removed a wire shelf hung above it that had to be cut to remove.
I'll call them for any future plumbing issues that may come up.

A veteran like me, outgoing personality and easy going . He listened to concerns and joined me to look at situation. I have two cats and he was mindful of their presence and nice to them.
After he finished successful work, he explained problems and what he did. Before working, he explained costs and reasons.
A great person and honest. His work was fantastic and professional. I will and shaved referred him to friends.
