Integrity started this project almost 4 weeks ago. This was quoted as a one day job. The technician is great but the management blames the problems on their employees. The plumbing manager, Kenneth, lies to customers rather than have accountability to his promises and blames issues on their turnover, as all the management has only been in place for under 60 days. We called to speak with the GM Chuck Tuesday, we have had no response. We just want the piece they removed returned and put back but have been informed until the GM returns our call next week nothing can be done. They are owned by Apex Service Partners who we have contacted with no response. Please beware of using this company and don’t help them to leave more customers in situations like this. For details leave a comment.
UPDATE November 20
The messages to resolve problems are to maintain appearances. The only time we have spoken to the plumbing manager was after several calls on Tuesday. Kenneth again promised calls back and the return of our pipe fitting they cut out. We have been labeled a problem for asking for the GM and owner. Kohler has been blamed for not giving them tech support. Two days later, no pipe fitting, no call. Alexia on customer service supervision has told me we just have to wait, even after telling us she had a meeting with Chuck and Kenneth on Monday and they would be returning our items. So a month later, no shower and they are holding my belongings hostage.
We spoke with Kohler and had no issues getting to support. Please go the BBB before you hire them. They have had 11 complaints since August.

This was the first time I use this company. Steven came in to work on my water heater. He explained what was going on, was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. I am very impressed with the efficient response and quality of work performed. They kept me posted about when Steven would show up, sent me info to let me know who to look out for, and provided pictures and documentation of the services provided at the end. Well organized company and excellent service.

AC they installed in 2020 stopped working on July 4th. We called and paid the emergency fee for the holiday service visit, they serviced the unit parts that needed to be replaced. They performed our maintenance check and resulted to let us know that our ducts were in dire need of replacement. $15,000 later we have the most unprofessional job I've ever seen. They installed the ducts on July 8th and left us with a surplus of holes and badly installed vents where the previous vents were. They insisted a drywall crew would come out within the next few days to fix the problems. Butthe big big issue is the air vent/filter that services the main HVAC unit in the home. We already knew the sizing of this filter unit was abnormal due to having to order the filters online, well they took the vent and left us with absolutely nothing but an exposed duct. Considering their own techs told us on that visit and multiples afterwards that this is a bad bad thing for our Ducts and AC Unit being exposed to direct particles with no filtering.
7 days later, July 15th our AC stopped working. We called to inquire about the ETA of the installation of drywall and another service. Finding out that there was NO documentation on our account that it was needed = placed on hold to be advised that the Manager “Grace” is aware fully of our situation and would get a crew out to the house ASAP (July 16/17 if we don't call out). We get the tech out at no charge to find the parts that were partially serviced on July 4th are now needing replacement. Parts ordered and set for a 4 day time to receive before they can install. We requested if they could expedite it and the tech told us he would, AC temporarily works overnight due to his quick fix and is back to not working on July 16th at mid day. We called to see if they could do the quick fix again only to be told they can come do the part install on the 17th between 4 and 8pm.
Mind you the dry wall & the air vent to the main HVAC Unit have yet to he done at this point. Grace is the manager that every tech has sent us back to for the service and install of the vent. Then you have other techs telling us Michael (service manager) or Chris (installation manager) for the drywall. We have constantly called and requested a manager call back from all three for any updates for over a week, 2 days ago and today. We have received absolutely zero communication from their "Management Team", in fact the only communications we have received is from their service desk to let us know the tech Is on the way.
Drywall was set for install today, wife called out of work to be here. Appointment was set for 10am-2pm. At 3pm we called and got the run around for managers again. We were told both techs would arrive together approximately at 5. 515pm arrives and we got the AC tech here to install the parts meanwhile the service desk is calling to tell us the drywall guy is still at his previous appt and would need to reschedule. So a guy that was supposed to be here at 10am and could possibly have MAYBE one appointment before us, cannot make it at all and we don't hear about it until 3 hours after the supposed cut off time. What a joke.... Next rescheduled time is Friday (we cannot call our another day for this issue. This would be a 4th call out for repairs on their time). When we attempted to speak to management to discuss our issues, not the service desk; We’re told that management leaves at 5pm & will leave them a note to call us. BUT THEY CALLED US AT 5 TO NOTIFY OF CANCELLATION!!! What the hell.
So next closest for both parties isn't until July 24th between 12 and 4pm. So we will see and yet this is still no timeline on when our AC Vent for the main HVAC unit will arrive.
Finally after the rescheduled yet again drywall work, we asked if their going to hold themselves responsible for any damages to the ducts due to the exposure they have allowed us to continue with for 2 weeks? Service desk said he did not have that answer, so when asked what their warranty does cover for ducts, he referred us to request for Grace. 🤣 🫠

AC Scam, beware sales pitch on guarantees! Brand New Deluxe Trane 3 HP PKG Seer2 install with BRAND NEW DUCTS. COMPLETE BRAND NEW AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. What I purchased vs what I received attached. As you can see, if the duct work was done, it is subpar, yet they insist it is replaced brand new and good to go. The new AC should not have so much condensation or have trouble cooling (at 80 middays and I work from home) or be shutting down in a storm during the most humid season. My electric bill also has not gone down as guaranteed. I have been dealing with this for over a month and management has been slow to respond and pushing my appointments off to later dates. I have called repeatedly and a manger has never came to do a final review of the install, and I never received my pearl certification. Again it has been a month since they supposedly pulled permits. The same technician that did the install has now checked it twice. When I mentioned I paid for a deluxe package he said he he gets paid by the job done and he was only paid by Integrity to do the unit install, not ducts. Now they are pushing off sending a technician to check the ducts due to rain. Irrelevant as the AC was installed on a rainy day. I am very dissatisfied and have been trying to get this resolved or refunded. Stay tuned for pictures of under the house to see the ducts. From what I can see so far, I was scammed thousands of dollars and my house is still hot.

Kevin was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. After completing the job and explaining the work completed, he performed a complimentary inspection and pointed out some areas that required attention. Highly recommended
