I called Burgess 15 minutes before closing. Kim answered in a cheerful voice. I was a new customer. She set up an appointment for the very next day! Andrew came out and found my issue quickly and fixed it. I was so pleased that I signed up for their bi-yearly service plan. Being new to Florida, I had already been ripped off by a prior company the week before. I'm a happy camper.

Home had condensation issues in the duct work. Was told previously that original duct work from 1977 needed replacement, but never felt comfortable doing business with those who inspected it. System had a minor issue, so after being tired of getting ripped by Integrity Home Solutions (who has NO integrity), I called Burgess. They repaired my unit in a timely manner. They mentioned the duct work, so I requested they give me a quote. Price was fair, competitive, and the manner in which they explained and approached this was excellent. I was left clearly understanding what needed to be done, what costs were, what time expectations were. Mike and Jack came to do the job over 2 days and their attention to detail, especially in cleaning up after themselves, was impressive. two guys worked in unison and got it done in the Florida heat. Great job to the entire team!

I had an issue with my AC over night. I was able to schedule an appointment online, and was contacted first thing in the morning confirming the appointment. I received a text when the tech was on the way with a picture and detail on who to expect. The tech took time, explained what he was seeing, and the corrections needed. Completed the work, confirmed with me that everything was addressed. Overall an excellent experience. I appreciate companies with a focus on communication and customer satisfaction. Thank you.

The gentleman was very professional, Did an Outstanding job! It was very much appreciated and he explained everything and answered on my questions. Thank you for the service. He showed and explained to me about the valve that I thought might have been an issue. Thank goodness it was not.

Burgess has been the GO TO Hearing and Air people ever since I was a kid (early 90s)for my family! Their service has only improved even more since then. My ac went out, I have two kids(one infant) and they were on my property same day I called. Even dropped off a spot cooler for the kids! Its not about just the machine with Burgess, it's a whole enjoyable process you are getting with their amazing skilled techs, prompt service and A+ customer care.
Mike S. and Jack D. we're my techs to install the new unit. Not only were they on time, very promptly on time, but they even recognized when I had put my baby down for a nap and worked as quiet as could be! My infant was able to nap for 2 full hours while they installed the handler and thermostat, didn't wake him once! Impressed! Another A+ install done by Burgess. Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏I will always recommend Burgess!
