It is Saturday and we just came back from vacation to find our AC wasn't blowing cold air. The AC company we’ve been with for 7 years could not get a person out until Sunday morning. Our back-up AC company was also too backed up to come out. I did a Google search and came up with Super Heat & Air and I’m so glad I did! I called at 3:00 on the Saturday after July 4th and Juan Rivera arrived by 5:30. They originally gave me a time window of 5:00pm - 9:00pm. Juan was super professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was a situation with some wires. He let me and my husband watch as he fixed the situation and answered all of our questions. We are going with this company going forward. Especially after Juan shared with us that they have 26 technicians available for emergency calls. I don’t hesitate in recommending Super Heat & Air!

Robert Johnson from super heat and air came by today very rapidly. I needed service and support and that is exactly what I got. On top of that, his knowledge base and communication on what my issues are made me feel more comfortable than the four vendors that I spoke with. Management and Robert worked with me on identifying the best cost effective solution so my family can sleepy comfortably with a healthy air quality and I would not recommend any other service if you are trying to promote healthy air for your family. Thank you Robert and the Super Heat family, I can not wait to recommend you to my immediate family and friends in the Tampa Saint Petersburg area.

Our a/c kicked the bucket overnight; at 1 am I was able to schedule an appointment for later that morning through the website. They got us taken care of quickly and with very friendly and knowledgable service. They ended up installing a completely new system that took all day in the heat, and they handled it with professionalism and answered all of my questions.
