Luke and his apprentice helper Carter did a great job at replacing my 32 year old whirlpool leaking water heater. The unit was soo old that it would not drain so they had to get it out almost full to empty it before taking it away. It was definitely time. They both were very professional and polite. They definitely worked hard!
I recommend making sure you get a pan and pavers ahead of time if your old unit didn’t have any to save you some money but otherwise it was great. I’ll try to add before and after pics here if I can figure it out 😆

Mr. Rooter to the rescue! Our water heater went out the day our daughter's family was to arrive for an extended visit. I explained our situation to the pleasant lady that answered the phone, who relayed the message to the manager, Nic. Nic kindly squeezed us into the schedule, and sent James to asses the situation. James determined the problem, and quickly left to get the water heater we needed. When he returned, he uninstalled the old heater, carefully removing the old parts, and cleaned up the leaked dirty water. James professionally installed the new unit, and tested that it was working properly. He then cleaned up the area, making sure there where no little parts or wrapping on the floor. James was courteous and friendly, and thoroughly explained how to use the new water heater. One hour later, our daughter's family arrived and were able to take steaming, hot showers.

Nick Waugh was phenomenal. He showed up on Saturday afternoon with very little notice. We have been right out of sink since the Tuesday prior. He was absolutely wonderful and clearing the problem and educating us On keeping our pipes Open and cleared in the future

Mr. Rooter technicians have been completely professional and have done the job to our complete satisfaction. We've used then twice for different issues and we had someone show up within the hour. Sam gave us a total estimate and was able to complete the job in a timely matter.

I called initially because of an issue with drain flies in the house. we walked it the first time and he determined the issue was no p trap installed in the laundry room. that was $1900. I then have him back because i continued to have an issue with pests coming from the plumbing and he pointed out that the plumbing connections were assembled but not sealed/glued together. that was $900 for two locations. He then went outside to tell me the line to the city was severely corroded and the whole house needed re-plumbed for $10,000. The house is 900 square feet and has one bathroom. I called back a few days later to see if I could have some minor plumbing corrections made like fixing the faucet aerator and installing a filter for the shower head that I bought online. they were not willing to work with me and I felt the cost of previous projects to be egregious. There was no room to negotiate price on any of the three projects I was quoted for and never received a price for the water softening system that I really needed as the water here is very polluted. I asked for a more detailed understanding of how 1.5 hour of work, with no material, no seal the existing plumbing connections warranted a $900 cost; I could not even get a labor vs. material breakdown. The p trap was slightly more involved but took maybe 2 hours. Seems like price gouging if there is such a thing. I was told I was paying for superior quality...right
